Due to the situation right now, please expect some delays on shipping by approximately 1 to 4 days for all countries. We are sending out orders normally, but your local post office may experience slight delays due to staffing limitations. Please stay up to date with news regarding your local postal services to find out if your shipping times will be affected.Furthermore, regions adversely affected by COVID-19 will have an extra 2 to 3 day delay. Canadian customs is currently undergoing a logistics delay of 7 to 9 days. Our hearts go out to everyone who has been affected. Please stay home and stay safe!

Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, DHL).Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier selected during checkout to resolve delivery issues.
